How far in advance should I place my order?

The sooner, the better! Event setup dates and times are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once your event is booked, your time slot is secured, and the necessary supplies are ordered. If you cancel 14 days or more before your event, you can get a partial refund. The cost of any supplies already ordered for your event will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. If no supplies were ordered, you'll get a full refund.

What is your delivery fee?

Delivery fees depend on delivery location.

Wil you inflate balloons not purchased from It's A Party?

Sure, we can inflate balloons bought from other places. However, we can’t guarantee their quality or how long they’ll last, so it’s at your own risk.

How long will the helium in my latex balloons last?

Helium typically lasts at least 8-10 hours, depending on the conditions of your balloons. Storing them in a cool place ensures better results and extends their flying time.

If you purchase the balloon treatment solution we offer to latex balloons, they can last up to 3 days.

How do I pay for my decor?

Once your order is confirmed and the quote approved, you’ll get an invoice via email to pay online. If you’re in-store, you can pay with Debit, Credit, Cash, Cash App, Venmo, or Apple Pay.

For schools, organizations, and corporations, we understand checks might need to be processed. If payment can’t be made before the event, a signed contract or purchase order will be required.
