How far in advance should I place my order?

The earlier, the better! Event setup dates and times are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once your event is booked, your time slot is confirmed, and the required supplies are ordered. If you cancel at least 14 days before the event, you'll receive a partial refund. The cost of any supplies already ordered will be deducted, and the rest will be refunded. If no supplies were ordered, you'll get a full refund.

What is your delivery fee?

Delivery fees depend on delivery location.

Will you inflate balloons not purchased from It's A Party?

Sure, we can inflate balloons purchased elsewhere. However, we can't vouch for their quality or how long they'll last, so it's at your own risk.

How long will the helium in my latex balloons last?

Helium usually lasts around 8-10 hours, depending on your balloon's conditions. Keeping them in a cool place helps improve their performance and extends their float time. With our balloon treatment solution for latex balloons, they can stay inflated for up to 3 days.

How do I pay for my decor?

After your order is confirmed and the quote is approved, you’ll receive an invoice via email for online payment. If you’re shopping in-store, you can pay using Debit, Credit, Cash, Cash App, Venmo, or Apple Pay. 

For schools, organizations, and corporations, we understand that checks may need to be processed. If payment cannot be made before the event, a signed contract or purchase order will be required.

We take pride in offering balloon decor services for Trussville, AL, and the nearby suburbs. Need decor outside our usual service areas? No problem! We’re happy to travel nationwide for large events.
