How far in advance should I place my order?
The sooner the better. Event set up dates and times are booked first come first served.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once your event is booked, that time slot is reserved for you, and supplies for your event are ordered. Orders cancelled 14 days or more prior to your event are eligible for a partial refund. The cost of supplies that were ordered for your event will be taken out & the difference will be refunded to you. If supplies were not ordered, you will receive your full refund.
What is your delivery fee?
Delivery fees depend on delivery location and time of day.
I have some balloons that I purchased from somewhere else, can you inflate them?
Yes, we can inflate balloons purchased from somewhere else. However, we can not guarantee the quality or speculate the longevity of these balloons. This will be at your own risk.
How long will the helium in my latex balloons last?
Normally, helium lasts about 8-10 hours minimum depending on the conditions your balloons are in. Keeping them in a cool place will provide the best results and guarantee a longer flying time.
If you purchase the balloon treatment solution we offer to latex balloons, they can last up to 3 days.
How do I pay for my decor?
Once your order is finalized and you have accepted the quote, an invoice to pay online will be emailed to you, or if your are in store, you can pay via Debit, Credit, Cash, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, Etc.
For schools, organizations, and corporations, we understand a check may need to be processed for payment. If a payment cannot be made before the event date, a signed contract will be required.
